This policy explains what information Quick Jet Services collects through this website, why we collect it, and how it is handled. It applies to quickjet-services.com and to enquiries sent to us from it.
Information we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us. When you submit the enquiry form, we receive the details you enter so that we can respond:
- Your name and company
- Your email address and telephone number
- Service type, aircraft type, part number, quantity and required date
- The description of the requirement you provide
We do not ask for payment details, identity documents or any special category personal data through this website.
How we use it
Enquiry details are used solely to answer your request — to source, quote, exchange, lease, repair or otherwise support the component or aircraft you have asked about — and to keep an ordinary commercial record of correspondence with customers and suppliers.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your agreement.
Sharing
To answer a sourcing or repair enquiry we may need to pass the technical details of a requirement — such as part number, aircraft type, quantity and required date — to suppliers, OEMs or repair facilities in our network. We share the minimum needed to obtain a quotation, and we do not pass on your personal contact details for any other purpose.
We may also disclose information where we are required to do so by law or by a competent authority.
Retention
Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as it is commercially relevant and for the period required by applicable accounting and record-keeping obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Cookies and third-party content
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies of its own, and it does not use analytics. Our typefaces are served from our own servers rather than a font network, so simply reading these pages does not expose you to a third party.
One third-party service is embedded on our pages and may set cookies or receive your IP address under its own policy:
- Google Maps — the map showing our office location in the contact section. It loads only when you scroll to that part of the page.
Your rights
You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@quickjet-services.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
